Shove-it

Park or court 10 min 1 player Park, ground or field

Ready when: Ollie in parts (i2) consistent.

What you are learning

The shove-it: the back foot sweeps (scoops) the tail round so the board spins half a turn under you while you jump, and you land back on it. It is the first trick where the board turns without you.
