Back glass rebounds

At home 10 min 1 to 2 players One room

Ready when: Bounce about and ladder rallies (b1) started.

What you are learning

The special padel skill: letting the ball bounce on the floor and come off the wall, waiting for it, and returning it softly. Players who wait for the glass have more time and make fewer mistakes.
