Is the space marked?
- A wall line at net height
- A home base spot
- A service target
A wall; a soft ball; a racket.
Three minutes to get warm.
Easy jogging on the spot, then arms and legs. How to warm up well is explained at workonfitness.com.
- Stand two big steps in front of the wall, facing away from it.
- Drop the ball so it bounces and rolls back off the wall toward you.
- Turn sideways, wait for it to come off the wall, and hit it softly forward.
Show it once from the front and once from the side, slowly. Then let your child try.
- The ball bounces off the floor and then the wall.
- Wait for it and return it softly.
- First off one wall, then off a corner (two walls).
- Solo back-glass rally.
How much: 3 rounds of 10 feeds
Let the ball come off the glass
Rebound count
