Throw, relay and attacking fielding

Park or court 15 min 3 to 4 players Park

Ready when: Catch and field (b4) done.

What you are learning

Throwing hard and straight at the stumps to run batters out: front shoulder to the target, step and push the hip through, elbow at ear height. The crow hop lets you throw on the move, and a relay brings the ball in from far out.
