Punches, blocks, kicks and evasions in the air

At home 10 min 1 to 2 players One room

Ready when: First techniques, with a coach (b2) started; a teacher has shown the moves.

What you are learning

Practising, in the air with no partner, the basic attacks and defences a teacher has shown: four punches, four blocks, the front and crescent kicks, and dodging down, up and to the side. Practice at home keeps the moves clean between lessons.
