Know the court and positions

At home 5 min 2 players One room, hall or court

Ready when: nothing needed.

What you are learning

The court lines and the seven defending positions (right corner, right in, right cover, centre, left cover, left in, left corner) and the job of each. Knowing who goes where helps a team defend together.
