Snap and handoff

Park or court 10 min 3 players Park

Ready when: Throw with a spin (b2) done.

What you are learning

How a play starts: the centre snaps the ball back to the quarterback, who hands it to a running back by pressing it into their cupped arms. A dropped ball at the start loses the play.
