Go down, freeze in a shape

At home 10 min 1 and a grown-up One room

Ready when: Floor steps around the hands (b5) done; neck, arms and trunk warmed up.

What you are learning

The go-down, moving from standing to the floor with control, and a freeze: a still pose held on the hands and feet. At home the head never takes weight; these freezes use the hands and feet only.
