Front wheel lift and obstacles

Park or court 10 min 1 to 2 players Park, ground or field

Ready when: Quick stop and swerve (i1) done.

What you are learning

Lifting the front wheel over a small obstacle by bending the arms and pulling up and back, then letting the back wheel roll over with soft legs. This is how riders get over a root, a stick or a kerb without stopping.
