The rules

One attacker, one defender, one passer; the attacker scores a point for each catch in space.

  1. Mark a 5 m square; the attacker and defender start in the middle
  2. The attacker dodges and drives to get free
  3. You pass when the attacker is free; a clean catch scores
  4. 10 tries, then rotate

Fair play: A grown-up defender may only side-step, never sprint.

Points
The attacker scores 1 point for each clean catch; the defender scores 1 point for each touch or intercept.
Fouls
A point to the other player: contact; the defender standing closer than 0.9 m once the ball is caught; the attacker moving the landing foot after the catch
Win
The most points after everyone has attacked.
