The game
The rules
S.K.A.T.E.: copy the setter's trick or take a letter; the last skater without the full word wins.
- The setter tries a trick. If they land it, the next skater must copy it
- If the setter misses, the next skater becomes the setter
- A missed copy earns a letter
- Spell S.K.A.T.E. and you are out
Fair play: A grown-up or older skater starts with S.K. already.
- Points
- A letter for each missed copy; fewer letters is better.
- Fouls
- The skater takes a letter: copying a different trick from the one set; a second try at a copy; setting a trick nobody agreed was on the list
- Win
- The last skater still in the game.
