Is the space marked?
A rope or bench as a net; several balls.
Three minutes to get warm.
Easy jogging on the spot, then arms and legs. How to warm up well is explained at workonfitness.com.
- Lift a ball with your hands, let it drop and send it over the rope with the inside of the foot.
- Send another with the thigh, and one with the chest.
- Get under the ball so it goes up, not along the ground.
Show it once from the front and once from the side, slowly. Then let your child try.
- On the signal, send as many balls as possible over the rope with the feet, thighs or chest.
- Hands may lift the ball first, but not send it.
- On the second signal, stop and count the balls on each side.
How much: 3 rounds
Hands lift, feet send
Clear your side

- Points
- The side with fewer balls on its half wins the round: 1 point.
- Fouls
- The ball is put back on your side: sending it with the hands or arms; kicking after "stop"; crossing to the other side
