Is the space marked?
- A line for passing
- A rope as a net
- Two baskets for the children's game (about 130 cm high with 35 to 40 cm openings)
A soft ball or a footbag; a clear space.
Three minutes to get warm.
Easy jogging on the spot, then arms and legs. How to warm up well is explained at workonfitness.com.
- Toss the ball onto the flat top of the foot and lower the foot with it so it settles.
- Lift the thigh, drop the ball and kick it straight up with the front of the foot, between knee and chest height.
- In a small circle, keep it up with one touch and pass it gently up to the next player.
Show it once from the front and once from the side, slowly. Then let your child try.
- Catch on the foot: toss the ball onto the flat foot and sink with it.
- Toe kick: lift the thigh, drop the ball, kick it straight up.
- Change legs after each success.
- Then circle keep-up.

The rules
3 to 5 players in a close circle keep the ball up with feet, knees and head; count the touches before it lands.

- Points
- 1 point for each touch before the ball lands; the group's best try is the score.
- Fouls
