Is the space marked?
A card with the club rules.
Three minutes to get warm.
Easy jogging on the spot, then arms and legs. How to warm up well is explained at workonfitness.com.
- Read the club rules card aloud together.
- Show a tap: two quick taps on the floor or on your own arm.

Show it once from the front and once from the side, slowly. Then let your child try.
- Hygiene: clean kit, short nails.
- Respect for partners.
- Stopping on the coach's word.
